1. Three tank in one equipment (precast mixing tank, homogeneous slaking tank and solution

storage tank); preparation and dosing continuously; easy operation and maintenance; the lowest

cost of manpower.

2.Pour the polymer and water into the tank at the same time; the flow of input water, dilute

water and polymer feeding pump are adjustable; any concentration of the solution (within a

certain range) can be prepared and dosing according to the actual requirements.

3. The high-precision conveying of the polymer dosing device, the delicate design of

pre-soaking device and the constant temperature heating method can reduce agglomeration

phenomenon caused of improper artificial operation or prevent the line from clogging, and can

ensure the stable concentration of the solution.

4. The unique structure and proper rotating speed of the mixer not only can ensure the

homogenization solution, but also can not destroy the polymer molecular chain.
