The body of these dampeners is made in AISI 316L stainless steel as a standard; but is also made in plastic materials like PVC or PVDF, or in other special materials on request. Bellows type dampeners can also be made with the areas in contact with the liquid in PVC, PVDF or PTFE on request.

Bellows type dampeners are suitable for corrosive liquids, but only for low pressures. The volume of this kind of dampeners range from 0.1 to 15 litres for the PTFE bellows ones and they are available with design pressures of up to 40 bar.

Apart from our standard design bellows type pulsation dampeners, we also manufacture different types of special design bellows dampeners on request.

PRIKOSA ENGINEERING Diaphragm type Pulsation Dampeners use a PTFE  Diaphragm together with a second, neoprene one as separators. The second Diaphragm provides a 100% air-tightness that the porosity of the relatively thin PTFE material of the main membrane can’t fully provide under a relatively high pressure.

Pulsation dampener are used for smooth flow and pressure in procces pipeline due to reciprocation motion of dosing pump or volumetric pump. They are used in a wide range of application.

A Pulsation Dampener is chamber contain with gas inside it, generally dry or sometimes compressed air.

In every Pulsation dampener there is separation material between the gas that pre-charged and liquid in process pipeline, the used of separation media to avoid leakages of gas in pipe line. This separation membrane made up from many elastomer material like, Viton, EPDM, NITRILE, NEOPRENE, SILICON, and thermoplastic material such as PTFE.

Such kind of elastomer material used in Pulsation dampener called as Bladder type, with PTFE separation media known as Bellow type Pulsation dampener.
